Ordering something custom sounds complicated. It really isn't. Here's the entire journey from "I have an idea" to "that table looks incredible in my living room" — broken down so you know exactly what to expect at every stage.
It starts with a message. Call us, WhatsApp us, email us, or fill out the form on the website. You don't need a detailed blueprint. Even "I want a resin table for my living room" is a perfectly good place to start.
At this point, we're just listening. What's the table for? Where will it go? Do you have a colour in mind? A theme? A size? Have you seen something online that caught your eye? The more you share, the better — but even if all you have is a vague feeling, that's enough. We'll guide the conversation from there.
This is where we dig into the specifics. Over one or more phone calls (or WhatsApp chats — whatever works for you), we'll talk through:
Take your time here. There's no rush. If you need three calls to get the design right, that's three calls well spent. This is the stage where we avoid problems later. The more clarity here, the happier you'll be with the result.
Once we're aligned on the design, we prepare a written quote. This isn't a vague "around ₹50,000" — it's a proper breakdown:
Delivery charges are quoted separately because they depend on your location. GST is applicable and clearly mentioned. You'll see every line item before you pay a single rupee.
Happy with the quote? You confirm the order and pay 50% as an advance. This is what kicks off production. We don't buy materials or start any work until this step is complete.
Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), or digital wallets. We'll send you a receipt and a summary of the agreed design so everything is documented.
This is the last easy exit point. After this, we start buying materials specific to your order. Cancellation terms apply from here — see our Refund Policy for details.
This is the part most people don't see but it's where the real work happens. Every step is done by hand.
We share progress photos along the way. If you want to see the slab before we pour, the colour before it cures, or the table before we finish — just ask. It's your table.
Before we pack anything, we photograph the finished table and send you the images. This is your chance to see the final result before it leaves the workshop.
Happy? Great — you pay the remaining 50% balance. We then pack the table with full protective packaging and hand it to the logistics partner.
Not happy? If something doesn't match what was agreed, we'll discuss it and figure out the best path forward. We don't ship until you're satisfied.
Your table is packed, shipped, and delivered to your doorstep. You'll receive tracking details once dispatched.
When it arrives, inspect it within 48 hours. Check for transit damage, design accuracy, and surface quality. If everything's good — and it usually is — you're done. Enjoy your table.
If there's any issue, contact us immediately. We handle transit damage and craftsmanship defects as outlined in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
We use real wood — walnut, sheesham, teak, mango wood, and others depending on availability and your preference. No plywood, no MDF, no composites. The wood grain is part of the character.
Premium-grade casting epoxy that cures crystal clear and stays that way. UV-resistant so it won't yellow over time. Scratch-resistant surface that holds up to daily use.
Metallic powders, mica pigments, translucent dyes, and glow-in-the-dark additives. These are what turn clear resin into deep blue oceans, emerald rivers, or golden lava flows.
Powder-coated steel or iron legs in black, gold, or custom finishes. Hairpin, T-frame, slab-style, or custom designs depending on the table and your preference.
UV-protective topcoat that seals the surface and adds the final sheen — high gloss, satin, or matte. Protects against minor scratches and moisture.
For themed tables — cricket stumps, stones, shells, dried flowers, LED strips, or other objects embedded within the resin. Always discussed and agreed upon before the pour.
