No. Every table is made to order based on your specific requirements. We don't keep stock. This means you get exactly what you want, not something close to it. The trade-off is that it takes a few weeks — but that's how custom work goes.

Typically 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the design complexity and size. Small tables like coffee tables can be faster (2–3 weeks). Large or highly detailed pieces take longer. We'll give you a specific estimate when you place your order, and we keep you updated throughout. Delivery adds another 2–14 days depending on your location.

Yes. Before packing, we photograph the finished table from multiple angles and send the images to you. You approve it before we dispatch. If something doesn't match what was agreed, we discuss it and figure out the next steps. We don't ship until you're satisfied.

If you're in Jaipur or nearby, absolutely. Just call ahead so we know you're coming. You can see the materials, discuss the design in person, and get a feel for how we work. Our workshop is at House No. 111, Nayaganv, Mojmabad, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302001.

Every table is different, so every price is different. It depends on the size, wood type, resin complexity, design details, and finish. We don't have a fixed price list. Instead, we prepare a detailed quote for each order after discussing your requirements. This way, you only pay for what your specific table needs — nothing more.

No. The quote we share includes materials, labour, finishing, and packaging. Delivery is quoted separately because it varies by location — but we tell you the delivery cost before you confirm. GST is applicable and clearly stated. You see every cost before paying anything.

UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), and select digital wallets. We don't accept cash on delivery for custom orders. Payment details are shared on the invoice. You'll receive a proper GST invoice from GORA BROTHERS PRIVATE LIMITED.

50% advance before production starts, and 50% balance after completion — once you've seen the final photos and approved the table. We only dispatch after full payment is received. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

It depends on when you cancel. Before production starts: 90% refund (10% processing fee). After production starts but before resin pour: 50% refund. After resin has been poured: no refund possible, as materials are committed to your specific design. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

Solid hardwoods — walnut, sheesham (Indian rosewood), teak, mango wood, and acacia, depending on availability and your preference. We never use plywood, MDF, or composite boards. The wood grain is a natural feature of each piece.

Premium-grade casting epoxy resin. It cures crystal clear, is UV-resistant (so it won't yellow over time with normal indoor use), and produces a hard, scratch-resistant surface. We don't use cheap table-top resin for deep pours — we use proper casting resin designed for thickness.

With normal indoor use, no. The resin we use is UV-resistant and stays clear for years. However, prolonged direct sunlight exposure (like placing the table next to a window that gets 6+ hours of direct sun daily) can cause very gradual yellowing over many years. For outdoor use, we'd discuss additional UV protection options.

Screens display colours differently, so there may be slight variations between what you see online and the actual table. Additionally, resin colour can shift very subtly during curing depending on temperature, humidity, and pour depth. We always discuss colour in detail and can share photos of previous pours in similar colours to set accurate expectations.

Yes. We deliver to all major cities and most towns across India. Jaipur & Rajasthan takes 2–4 days, major cities 5–8 days, and remote areas 7–14 days. We work with logistics partners who specialise in heavy and fragile items. Full details on our Shipping Policy page.

No — delivery is quoted separately because it varies significantly by location, table size, and weight. Shipping a coffee table within Jaipur costs very differently from shipping a dining table to Kerala. We share the exact delivery charge before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises.

Take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We'll assess the damage and work with the logistics partner to resolve it — through repair, partial replacement, or appropriate compensation. If the outer packaging shows damage at the time of delivery, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. This makes the claim process much smoother.

Absolutely. If you're in or near Jaipur, you can pick up directly from our workshop at Nayaganv, Mojmabad. Just let us know in advance and we'll have it packed and ready. You save on delivery charges, and we still pack it with full protection.

No. All our cricket-themed designs are entirely original creations. We do not use official logos, trademarks, images, or any licensed content belonging to BCCI, IPL, ICC, any cricket franchise, or any individual player. Our designs are inspired by the sport itself — pitch layouts, stumps, the red ball, crease lines — all created from scratch by our team.

We can use any resin colour you like — and you're welcome to choose colours that you personally enjoy. However, we won't recreate specific team jerseys, logos, or branding, as those are trademarked. If you want a table in blue and gold because those are your favourite colours, that's perfectly fine — we just won't label it as representing any specific team.

There's a lot we can do: miniature pitch layouts in green resin, crease line markings, stump patterns, the look of a red cricket ball set in resin, boundary line designs, cricket bat-shaped tables, and more. If you have a specific idea about what aspect of cricket you want represented, tell us — we'll figure out how to build it into the table.

Simple — wipe it down with a soft, damp cloth. For sticky spots, use mild soap and water. Dry it with a clean cloth afterward. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners. That's really it — resin surfaces are very low-maintenance.

Use coasters or trivets. Resin can handle warm cups of tea or coffee, but very hot items (like a pan straight from the stove or a pot of boiling water) placed directly on the surface can cause marks or softening. Just use a coaster or a heat-resistant mat and you'll be fine for decades.

Our resin surface is scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof. Normal daily use won't cause issues. But dragging heavy or sharp objects across the surface — like sliding a ceramic pot without lifting it — can leave marks. Treat it the way you'd treat any nice piece of furniture and it'll stay looking new for years.

Our standard tables are designed for indoor use. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, rain, and extreme temperature changes can damage both the wood and the resin over time. If you specifically need an outdoor table, let us know upfront — we can discuss additional UV protection and weather-resistant finishing options, though this will add to the cost.

Heavy. Resin is dense, and we use solid wood — so even a coffee table has noticeable weight. A dining table can be quite heavy (40–80+ kg depending on size). This is actually a good thing — it means it's sturdy and won't wobble. But keep weight in mind when planning where it goes, especially for upper floors.
